6 years agoAwesome local barbecue joint! Really has a homey local feel. Lots of cool decorations that looks like it’s taken years to put together. The brisket sandwich was great, large portion of meat and soft bun. The barbecue sauce has some good heat to it, strong vinegar and pepper flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful when it came to ordering and the food came out quick. Definitely would return next time I’m in the area.

6 years agoWent for the first time tonight since our usual place was closed. They were out of quite a few things due to slow business before the hurricane but we tried the chicken sandwich and turkey sandwich, both with fries and a pickle. The food did not disappoint! Both meats were tender, juicy and delicious; and the hand cut fries were slightly crispy and perfectly salted. The only downside was i didnt personally care for either sauce but everything else makes it worth going back

6 years agoIf you are a BBQ lover and crave a superb batch of baked beans then Jack Benny's is the bee neez... Drop by, make a order, grab a seat and dig in to on of the best local bbqs in town... Next on your list should be uncle Kenny's for a rib rack. 😜😜😜

7 years agoI usually eat there once a week. The baked beans are really good. Their sandwiches are good for the most part. Sometimes the meat is a little dry. It's a bit pricey which I don't mind if the food is spot on. They recently hired a bunch of new people and sometimes you get a good amount of fries and sometimes they short ya.

8 years agoVery small local business. A little high price for the amount of food you get. Staff provided average service. Dress jeans and t-shirt. Happily the turkey sandwich was not dry. I wouldn't go out of my way to go back but if I was close I'd settle.

8 years agoAlways good food!! Definitely stop in whenever you get the chance. You'll especially love their ribs! The pulled pork is fantastic, and the beef is never less than spectacular! You can even smell the delicious smokey smell almost a mile away!
